Brief: This instrument is mainly used to measure the bending resistance of shoe uppers-the bending resistance of rubber. The sample is clamped on the instrument fixture, and after continuous bending fatigue, the degree of cracking is observed to solve or compare its durability.
Brief: This machine proves one of the best indications of cracking of shoe due to flexing in wear. The sole forepart is attached to an endless belt which passes around two pulleys, the large one provides the rotation whilst the small one determines the severity of the flexing action. It is supplied with three small pulleys of varing diameters to increase or decrease the amount of flexing.

When placing the test piece, pay attention to make the drop point 14mm or more from the edge of the test piece. The results of the first three trials were not used, and the fourth, fifth and sixth rebound heights are recording and averaging.
